Terms & Conditions
(for Polynucleotide, Botox & Dermal Filler Treatments)
1. General Information
- All treatments are provided following a full consultation and medical history assessment.
- The practitioner reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in
your best interest.
- Treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required.
2. Medical Safety
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information, including any health
conditions, allergies, or medications.
- Certain conditions and medications may mean treatment cannot go ahead (e.g. pregnancy,
breastfeeding, skin infections, active illness, recent surgery, or use of isotretinoin).
- Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of complications.
3. Results & Expectations
- Results vary from person to person. No guarantee can be made regarding outcome, longevity, or
degree of correction.
- Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results (especially with Polynucleotides).
- Treatments are temporary and maintenance appointments will be needed to sustain results.
4. Risks & Side Effects
- Common side effects may include redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, and mild discomfort at
the injection site. These usually resolve within a few days.
- Rare but more serious complications can occur, including infection, allergic reaction, vascular
occlusion, nodules, or asymmetry. These will be fully explained during consultation, and emergency
protocols are in place.
5. Aftercare
- Full aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to reduce risks and support
healing.
- You should avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, blood-thinning medications, and skincare actives
(such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs) for the recommended period.
- Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your results and increase the risk of complications.
6. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final treatment
cost.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if at least 48 hours’ notice is given for
rescheduling.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.7. Consent
- Written consent is required before treatment.
- You will have the opportunity to ask questions and must sign to confirm you understand the
procedure, risks, and alternatives.
- You may withdraw consent and stop treatment at any time before injections are carried out.
8. Photography & Confidentiality
- Clinical photographs may be taken for your medical record. Separate consent will be requested if
images are to be used for training or marketing.
- All personal and medical information will be kept strictly confidential in line with data protection
regulations (GDPR).
9. Complaints & Feedback
- If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
- Complaints will be handled professionally, with the option of a review appointment.
